On Tuesday December 26th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. the entire USMA website will be down for maintenance.
Despite the recent change in world events and heightened security conditions nation-wide, West Point remains open to the public for official business and scheduled events.
Security procedures, including a 100-percent photographic identification check of all people age 16 and older at all gates and random vehicle inspections, are in effect.
Visitors planning on attending events at West Point should allow additional time for security checks at the gate.
All visitors to the Academy must enter through either Thayer or Stony Lonesome Gates.
The West Point Visitors Center and Museum will remain open to the public. For additional information, go to "Visiting West Point."
