The Academy Stores (USMA Bookstore and Cadet Store) are part of the Directorate of Cadet Activities. Revenues generated by the Academy Stores go to support the Corps of Cadets’ clubs and activities.

USMA Bookstore Located on the 4th floor of Thayer Hall Normal hours of operation: Monday through Friday 0800-1600 The USMA Bookstore is the Military Academy’s college bookstore, with thousands of books on various topics. One can find all the current bestsellers as well as new and classic titles. The bookstore also has an extensive military literary collection. In addition to commercial books, the bookstore carries computer hardware and software, school supplies, general gifts, greeting cards, and insignia. Cadets can purchase pre-packaged snacks, bottled sodas and fruit juices to nourish them during class breaks! The USMA Bookstore regularly schedules book signings throughout the year with prominent authors of interest to cadets, faculty and staff. Cadet Store Located in the rear of building 606 Normal hours of operation: Monday through Friday 0800-1600 Our mission at the Cadet Store is to support the cadets’ professional, military, cultural, social and extracurricular lifestyle at USMA. To accomplish this we make available goods and services for purchase, such as school supplies, health and beauty aid, food and drink. The store also carries gifts including clothing, shoes, jewelry and a variety of other items with the West Point and class insignias. We offer top name brands, such as Calvin Klein, Dooney and Bourke, Timberland, Kenneth Cole, and Under Armour. Clothing purchased at the Cadet Store can be fitted and altered so that the wearer can look their best at all times. The Cadet Store carries uniform issue items and replacement items. Class rings, graduation invitations, announcements and diploma frames are offered through the Cadet Store. PARENTS OF FIRSTIES • Popular purchases by parents for their graduating cadets include the Red Sash & Belt, Saber, Saber Display Case, Engraving Plaque for the Display Case and Diploma and Commission Frames.
