Directed towards leading, directing, advising, encouraging, supporting, coordinating, and empowering the 6 leaders to do so likewise in their team, so that one day that team will be able to continue the process, the CIC is also is the face of OCF, leading corporate gatherings and representing the group as a whole.
Incorporates: Word- Discipleship based, both in small groups and outside, encompasses former men’s and women’s ministry concepts, possible company Bible study connection, small group curriculum input Prayer- Establishing a time for communal and individual private prayer, establishment of prayer chains, overseeing special times of prayer and fasting.
Corporate music leader, coordinate for retreat music, special occasions, mentorship of new musicians.
Administrative, E-mail announcements, special video projects, Weekly Announcements, web page, organize trip sections, OCF house support crew.
