Categories and Awards:

Top 3 Male and Female, for age groups 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+, also Military, Clydesdale (>200 lbs)/Athena (>150 lbs), and Cadet categories.  Also, awards will be given to the top male, female, co-ed and USMA Department Team.

Inclement Weather: 

There is NO rain date, We Go Rain or Shine.  In case of inclement weather, management reserves the right to alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In the case of a " Natural Disaster"/Local Incident/Terrorist Act, there will be No Refunds of race entry fees.  Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid.  There is no complementary race entry to a future race.  All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration.  We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all.  Any decision we make to go forth with the race is based on the overall event safety.  Management further reserves the right to reject or accept any race entry.

No Refunds, No Transfers, No Exceptions

No race refunds or transfers are allowed. Packet pickup will require photo proof of identity (driver's license, passport, etc) and participants who swap or sell their race number will not be allowed to race and will be banned from future West Point Triathlon races.  Team Captains will be allowed to pick up the packets for their team.

Annual David Phipps Grinstead Challenge Cup:

As part of the competition, the Annual David Phipps Grinstead Challenge Cup will be awarded to the branch of service (Army vs Navy) with the fastest cadet/midshipmen male and female times.
