The McDonald Cadet Leadership Conference will be held October 17 - 20, 2013 on the grounds of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

This year's Keynote Speaker is Dr. Gordon Gee, President, Ohio State University.

The McDonald Cadet Leadership Conference invites renowned speakers and analytical, visionary student-leaders: 40 from across the United States, 20 international students, as well as cadet participants. Participation is by invitation only. The faculty of 30 select colleges and universities world-wide will be invited to
nominate and select their top 2 undergraduate candidates to attend and participate as fellows. There will be 84 student participants (fellows)
that will work in twelve teams, each with one mentor (senior fellow) to guide their discussions and leadership development within each of the six topic areas.
