Dr. Eric Lin is an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy. He attended Case Western Reserve University and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy, where he also earned his Master in Accountancy at the Weatherhead School of Management. From there, he was a consultant with McKinsey and Company for 8 years, serving industrial and health care clients across a wide range of functional areas including product market strategy, business portfolio development, and lean manufacturing transformation. Dr. Lin then attended Harvard Business School to pursue his doctorate degree before joining the faculty at USMA in 2015. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His research interests lie in human capital and strategic human resource management. Dr. Lin is the course director for Human Resource Management.
