MAJ Eliot Proctor is a former NCAA gymnast and 2007 graduate of the United States Military Academy who has since served as an Company Fire Support Officer, Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Fire Direction Officer, Squadron Fire Support Officer, and Airborne Field Artillery Company Commander. Deployments include OIF 08-09 and OEF 13-14. Operational units he has served in include: 1-319FA and 2-505IN/3BCT 82nd Airborne Division, 1-91CAV and 4-319FA/173rd Airborne Brigade. MAJ Proctor is a Military Movement Instructor in the USMA Department of Physical Education and serves additional duties as the Functional Fitness Coordinator.
