The Catholic Chapel of the Most Holy Trinity, designed by Heins and
LaFarge, in the Norman Gothic style was built in 1899 and enlarged in 1959 under the
direction of the noted Robert Robbins. This makes it the oldest house of worship of
continuous use at the Academy.
The twenty-two stained glass windows, executed in modern style complementing the
polychrome wood interior, depict soldier-saints from early, middle and modern Christian
History, and memorialize Catholic graduates of the Academy killed in the service of their
country.
This chapel offers a full schedule of Masses and programs for all Roman Catholic members of the Corps of Cadets, the community and the public. Masses are held on Saturday at 5:15 p.m., and on Sundays at 9 and 11 a.m. Summer schedule is 5:15 p.m. & Sunday at 10 a.m. Confessions on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
